"In the most recent update of the ATO's System Maintenance and Issues, the following appears under the heading 'Client List Report':
'Agents are not receiving their Client List Reports through ELS. Unfortunately the solution to this issue was not successfully deployed on Tuesday night 27th September. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please continue to call Client List Reports. The Reports will be delivered once the system solution has been deployed. Note: the report will contain information from the date it was originally requested.'
This is really just great. We are not able to obtain our client lists via the ELS system and in the section titled System Maintenance and Issues, there is no comment at all as to when this ability to obtain clients lists will be available.
The ATO have this new super computer which constantly creates problems for us all and yet they regularly seem unable to provide us with our client lists and yet the ATO also advise us that we have an obligation to keep these up to date and current.
Not very efficient at all."
