"I read with great interest that the Commissioner is told the tax agent/general public concerns by at least 50 consultative forums. To me this just shows how wrong the whole process is that such a large cross-section of society still can't get across their genuine concerns in a pure distilled down to the heart of it manner. This either smacks of the message being garbled or deliberately mishandled by the time it reaches the Commissioner or more I suspect the message being on song [but no one listening].
Seeing the Carbon Tax announced on Sunday - I have a feeling of impending dread deep down. The Change System will seem like a momentary lapse in judgment compared to the potential mother of all debacles I can see coming down the pipeline with the Carbon Tax..."
