The considered response from the 137286 representative, after the usual consultation with a 'specialist', to my query regarding the omission of a claim for credit interest on early payment (label C1), was as follows...'What would you like us to do about it?' Needless to say, this left me almost lost for words.
This is indeed symptomatic of a system under stress."
