On delays when making requests via the Portal - the ATO responds
In 2014 TAXVINE No 35 (26 September 2014), Member 148 wrote about the delays experienced when making requests via the Portal.
THE ATO NOW RESPONDS:
"We are currently managing a higher volume of paper correspondence and Portal requests than expected. Additional staff have been allocated to manage the workload and Portal requests have been given a priority."
