"I recently had occasion to order tax forms on line and the question asked by the phone voice was my postcode, and after it was given, I fully expecting that I would be asked for my mailing address. No sir, this did not occur and the assumption by the ATO is that a postcode has only one post office, which is not correct. In my own area it has two post offices that I am aware of with the same postcode, so hence the forms will not be received by me and returned to the ATO or just thrown away, and now I will need to find another way to obtain the forms."
