On lost lodgments on ELS
MEMBER 254 writes:
"Early October, I filed two returns using ELS; an individual return and a trust return. The former has been assessed, with a refund issued within 14 days, but the latter still appears outstanding both on my Tax Agent Report and on the Tax Agents Portal. Has anyone seen this before? I cannot resubmit the trust return again. Any calls to the ATO will be useless.
So what do I do? All I can think of is to send in a copy of the signed Electronic Lodgment Declaration with a paper copy of the trust return (unsigned) with a letter."
