“I think some effort should be made to improve the accessibility of the myGov website. I note it is run by the Department of Human Services yet it does not provide an address for contacting them. Their FAQs are totally inadequate. Finding a Human seems to be not part of their process or wishes. I have written a letter to an address I hope is correct (no information on the website as to an address). I have now waited 28 days and no signs of a human response. Is Human Resources just a joke? Some of us are ageing and find relying on appallingly expressed jargon no use whatsoever. The Department if it wishes to deal with people needs to consider who they are dealing with and work out a proper means. The real pity is that the ATO blandly followed this total mess that may not be of interest to all. At least at the ATO one can write to an address and also phone. The arrogance of Human (inhuman) services means that they are not fit and proper for their purpose.”
