17 Feb 1212 On reminder to lodge letters

"You have to admire the inefficiency of the ATO. They are now sending letters directly to our clients reminding them that their tax returns are due for lodgment even when they have been lodged and assessed some time ago. Of course, when our clients call us asking why they have received the letter, explaining to the clients that yet again the ATO don't know what they are doing involves wasting more of our time. Not that the ATO cares one iota."
