I had a bit of a spit about the ATO not actioning my bulk client removal - see Member 11 in 2013 TAXVINE No 2 (1 February 2013) - which met with a response from the ATO via The Tax Institute.

I have been dealing with a lovely lady who has been extremely helpful and the problem is in the process of being sorted and I expect to be well above my 85% target at any moment now. Isn't it a crying shame that nice people have to work with and within such frustrating systems - I am sure there are a lot of other nice people there too that have to put up with our frustrations."
