"2011 TAXVINE No 2 (28 January 2011) reported the case of James and Anor v. FCT AATA 26 (McPherson DP and Kenny SM, 24 January 2011).
The report of the case has disappeared from the AAT website. The taxpayer, who represented himself, had a comprehensive victory.
Remarks were made about the conduct of the ATO's case. Is there a reason for the decision in the case being unavailable?"
TAXVINE COMMENT: TAXVINE is unaware of the reasons why the case report has been removed. Could it have been the robust language used to describe the Commissioner's failed case?
