"I recently received a request to provide information to the ATO in relation to GST.

Was it required in 14 days? No. 7 days? No. They required the information in three days. Why is it that the ATO with all their resources cannot even respond to some queries for 30 days but we are required to send information ten times faster? Of course I am but a servant of the ATO and I have nothing else to do but respond to their queries and chase them in relation to their inactivity.

The only thing I can get from the ATO in three days is access to the Portal. Sometimes!"
