Our client recently received a PAYG instalment letter from the ATO. The letter was issued with the wrong dates and again no mention of ever thinking to use your friendly accountant / tax agent who has all your details “in one place” – just do everything through myGov.
Can the Tax Institute do anything to get the ATO to acknowledge our role in helping clients?
