Thank you for your feedback. 

We acknowledge that there are instances where the client experience is not to the level we expect largely due to the complexities of our current accounting systems. 

We are working to improve these outcomes with further integration across these accounts. 

In the short term we will review our current processes to minimise this outcome for our clients.
