"Received letters from the ATO to clients acknowledging they have lodged their PAYG payment summaries. The second line of the first paragraph of the letters reads "We will check your information and let you know if there are any problems and how to fix them."
Why is it the ATO always assumes there are going to be problems when taxpayers do something? Are they just accustomed to seeing everything the ATO does go wrong and assume it must happen out in the real world too?"
