The ATO is making changes to their Technical help desk to improve your experience. From 14 December 2017, if you use one of these services: technical log on, connection, firewall and Virtual Private Network (VPN), you will see changes. 

If you had previously registered for Technical Help Desk services, you will need to renew your registration by selecting the Register button at the top of the homepage and following the prompts.
