The letter was sent to our home address, rather than our correct postal address.
We've rented the same PO Box for about 20 years, and always included it correctly as "Postal Address" on our Income Tax Returns.
Not sure why ATO ignores our correct postal address details, and decides to use home address instead.
So that ATO can send correspondence to correct postal address, should we start using our PO Box as 'Home Address' too?
