Looking at Trusts from Another Perspective

Published on 10 Aug 2011 | Took place at RACV Club, Melbourne , VIC

The doomsayers have got it wrong. Trusts are resilient and the rules being developed by Treasury, the ATO and the Courts are workable.

This event examined trust developments over the last two years from the perspective of:

  • what benefits and positive signals they have to offer
  • what you need to do (or don’t need to do) to take advantage of or adapt to those developments
  • what they indicate about the future for trusts
  • what messages you ought to be giving to your clients.
