David is a Senior Manager of Crowe Horwath. He is Crowe Horwath's North Queensland accredited tax specialist and is part of the Crowe Horwath Queensland Tax team. He has over 23 years experience in taxation, having served 18 years in the Australian Taxation Office (primarily in the compliance areas) and as the tax technical team leader MEI compliance (small business CGT concessions). For the last five years David has been Crowe Horwath's tax specialist mainly working in small business taxation and provides advice and support in the area of Division 7A, trusts, small business CGT concessions and their interaction with business structuring, restructures, succession planning, sale of businesses and business assets. David provides taxation training and consultancy services to other accounting and law firms in the region. David holds a Master of Taxation, a Bachelor of Commerce, is a CPA and CTA. Colin Ryan CTA
Colin is a senior manager with Crowe Horwath’s Queensland Tax Team. He has over 10 years’ experience in commercial and public accounting roles. Working with a diverse range of clients, Colin’s service experience includes consulting for tax risk management and transaction support services, structuring for acquisitions and divestments and group restructuring. Colin also provides tax training and consultancy services to other accounting and law firms in the region. Colin holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), and is a CPA and Fellow of the Tax Institute. Current at 14 July 2014
