David Hall, CTA, is an Associate Partner of Crowe Horwath Townsville where he heads up its NQ Tax Team. David has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of areas but has particular focus on small business taxation providing advice and support in the areas of Division 7A, trusts, small business CGT concessions, restructures, succession planning, sale of businesses and assets. Colin Ryan
Colin is a senior manager with Crowe Horwath’s Queensland Tax Team. He has over 10 years’ experience in commercial and public accounting roles. Working with a diverse range of clients, Colin’s service experience includes consulting for tax risk management and transaction support services, structuring for acquisitions and divestments and group restructuring. Colin also provides tax training and consultancy services to other accounting and law firms in the region. Colin holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), and is a CPA and Fellow of the Tax Institute. - Current at 14 July 2014
