Ian Dinnison
Ian Dinnison is a Tax Partner in the Information, Communication and Entertainment group within the Sydney office of KPMG. He has been advising corporates for over 25 years. Over the years, his clients have included many leading organisations in the publishing, TV and radio broadcasting and software industries. For many years, he was a member of the Taxation Institute’s Victorian Technical committee and has been a regular presenter at Taxation Institute’s and other forums. - Current at 20 February 2008Frank Drenth
Frank has been Executive Director of the Corporate Tax Association (CTA) since 1998. Frank has had involvement on behalf of external stakeholders in the development of Australia's tax policy and law, and aspects of tax administration relevant to large companies. Frank is a member of a number of consultation groups, including the NTLG, the Large Business Advisory Group, and various specific issue consultation groups. In 2012 Frank was a member of the Business Tax Working Group, which looked at the tax treatment of losses as well as at the business tax system more broadly. More recently, he was appointed to the Stakeholder Reference Group on the Taxation of Multinational Enterprises in Australia. Frank has also contributed to the development of Australia's General Anti-Avoidance Rules through his membership of the Part IVA Roundtable. - Current at 14 August 2013Emanuel Hiou CTA
Emanuel is a partner in Deloitte’s financial services industry tax practice. Emanuel specialises in tax consulting for M&A transactions, corporate restructures, capital raising transactions, cross-border funding structures and tax risk management for the banking industry. Prior to joining Deloitte in March 2010, Emanuel had 14 years experience with National Australia Bank (NAB) in various tax leadership and advisory roles, including Head of Group Taxation for nine years. In those roles, Emanuel contributed to many M&A deals, capital raising transactions and product development initiatives in NAB’s banking and funds management businesses. - Current at 30 September 2011Tim Neilson CTA-Life

David Scott
David is a Partner at Ernst & Young, has many years of experience in advising business in the areas of corporate, M&A, cross border and international tax. He has worked on a number of tax liaison committees, tax reform consultation groups.
