Lyndall Crompton FTIA holds the position of Assistant Commissioner of Taxation – Technical Excellence Practice, Large Business and international. In this role Lyndall heads up a team of people who are responsible for developing technical capability and providing support to staff in LB&I on all aspects of provision of advice, objection work and litigation matters. She joined the ATO in September 2003 and during the last four years has primarily been involved in managing a team of people providing advice to large market clients. Lyndall previously worked in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms in Sydney for approximately eight years and prior to that had extensive financial, accounting and management experience, mainly in the construction industry in NSW
