Chris is an Executive Director within the Western Region's Tax
practice; he drives Ernst & Young's focus on property & GST. He
has more than 18 years experience in indirect taxes, firstly in the
United Kingdom in respect of VAT and then with Australian GST
from the time of implementation in 2000 to the present day.
Chris is highly regarded by the property sector for his practical
advice on strategic matters and more significantly the
identification of tax savings. His expertise extends to englobo
land developments, retirement villages, resort developments,
infrastructure projects and commercial premises.
