This seminar paper covers an overview of the objection and appeal provisions, a discussion on the procedures involved in each and a discussion of the litigation process and the traps to be avoided.
Peter is a Partner of Minter Ellison, Perth and is group head of the firm's commercial litigation group. Peter has over 20 years experience in the law and specialises in commercial litigation as well as trade practices and competition law.
