Annalie Mitchelson
Annalie is a Lawyer and a Director in PwC's tax Controversy team. Annalie has ten years' experience as a litigator acting both for the Commissioner of Taxation and for large corporate taxpayers. Annalie also advises her corporate and high wealth individual clients at various stages of tax disputes and has particular experience in Part IVA and tax administration issues such as administrative and criminal penalties and the Commissioner's information gathering powers. Annalie will share her experience in relation to the Promoter Penalties regime in Division 290 of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. Current at 01 January 2014
