Kerrie is a senior associate with Blake Dawson Waldron. She specialises in taxation and corporate advisory. Her principal areas of practice are corporate taxation, fringe benefits tax, GST, capital gains tax and international taxation. Kerrie has recently provided advice on various transactions in relation to capital gains tax, income tax and GST. Kerrie has also advised on various corporate acquisitions and restructures.
