Tax effective financing - "all that glitters is not gold"

Tax officers have a unique insight into the operations of the system as a whole. The author has two messages : an aspiration that good professional relations and cooperation will continue between ATO and the professionals who wok in the tax system; and the other relates to the ATO role as community advocate particularly in the context of tax effective financing.
