David is a tax partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was involved in the Government consultations which led to formulation of the original tax consolidation proposal and has maintained a significant involvement ever since, assisting clients with implementation and ongoing issues and participating in the NTLG Consolidation Sub Committee and various of its issue specific working groups.

David is a Partner in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where he advises on all aspects of direct and indirect taxation. David conducts a varied practice which covers all aspects of revenue law. In particular, he advises on the taxation aspects of financing transactions, international taxation matters, capital gains tax, general corporate taxation and the taxation aspects of dealing in intellectual property as well as sales tax, payroll tax and land taxes. Liz is the Head of Taxation for National Australia Bank's Australian Banking and nabCapital operations and in this role is the Public Officer for NAB and many of its subsidiaries. In her current role, Liz is responsible for leading and managing tax risk management and compliance activities at NAB and providing advice to a variety of internal business units. Before joining NAB, Liz specialised in financial services tax at Coopers & Lybrand. She also spent 10 years in senior policy and advising roles in the Australian Taxation Office, including the Banking and Finance Cell, in Canberra and in Melbourne.
