Jean-Paul is an Executive Director at Ernst & Young and has 15 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience in Europe, the US and Australia. During this time, Jean-Paul has dealt with all aspects of transfer pricing including designing of transfer pricing systems from a tax and business perspective, preparing transfer pricing documentation, negotiating advance pricing agreements with the ATO and various other tax authorities and managing transfer pricing audits in various countries. Jean-Paul has presented numerous lectures, seminars and courses on transfer pricing and has written various transfer pricing related articles.
