  • valuing intellectual property, trademarks, etc.
  • assessing the land value component in resource related assets

Wayne LONERGAN
Wayne Lonergan was a Corporate Finance Partner at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) for 23 years, prior to setting up an independent valuation practice on 1 January 2001. He has had over 35 years experience in Corporate Finance and Valuations. Wayne has been responsible for numerous assignments for both public and private companies as well as various government departments with particular emphasis on valuations and consequential loss assessment. Wayne Lonergan is an internationally distinguished practitioner who is widely recognised both within and beyond Australia as a leading expert in the field of corporate and business valuations
