Catherine Willis
Catherine is an Assistant Commissioner with the Australian Taxation Office in its Private Groups & High Wealth Individuals business line. As a case leader, she provides technical and strategic leadership for more complex or significant cases. Since she joined the ATO in 2010, she has worked in the Large Business & Internationals line, Tax Counsel Network and most recently in Review & Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining the ATO, she was a Special Counsel in the tax group of a national law firm advising on a range of corporate taxation issues and financing transactions. - Current at 29 July 2016
