Joe is an Executive Director in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs JB Were - providing tax advice for the many transactions undertaken by the bank’s clients. Joe has been an International Tax Advisor specialising in merger and acquisitions for over 14 years. Joe has advised on many of Australia’s largest transactions for both public companies and private equity.
