Geoff Park
Geoff is a relative of one of the original founders of McKean Park Lawyers and has been with the firm for 43 years. He is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates, focusing on matters involving estate and success planning, Wills, Powers of Attorney and administration of deceased estates. Geoff is a Member of Succession Law Committee - the Law Institute of Victoria, Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners UK (Melbourne branch) and various review groups. He has also authored various publications. In November 2006, Geoff received from the Law Institute of Victoria, a certificate of Service in recognition of years of outstanding contribution to the Law Institute of Victoria and the legal profession. Elisabeth Benfell
Elisabeth is originally from New Zealand but has been practicing in Australia for over 10 years. She is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates and, with Geoff Park, works in the area of Wills administration of deceased estates, powers of attorney and trusts and court claims in relation to these matters. She has concentrated on all aspects of law in respect to the deceased estates. Elisabeth is a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners UK (Melbourne branch) and Wills and Estates Accredited Specialists Examination Committee.
