Julie DONNELLAN
Julie is an Executive Director in KPMG’s International Executive Services practice area, with many years experience with equity based compensation, expatriate and employment tax consulting. Julie advises national and international clients across most industry sectors on international employee share plans for both executives and employees and on other bonus and incentive arrangements. Julie is well versed in the needs of senior executives and relocating employees and has extensive experience advising on and offering effective and practical solutions to a range of complex expatriate tax issues. She has experience in the development and implementation of tax effective international remuneration packages, international pension and tax equalisation plans, double tax agreements and cross-border tax planning strategies.

Ben is a Manager in the Employment Taxes Group within KPMGs Sydney taxation division. The Group focuses on advising on salary packaging and fringe benefits tax issues, and also provides assistance on employee share and option schemes, payroll tax, PAYG issues, termination payments and superannuation. Ben consults to a wide group of clients across many different industries including finance, construction, energy and natural resources, communication, property, entertainment, transport and government. Ben has advised some of the worlds largest multinational corporations on FBT issues.

Langdon PATRICK
Langdon is a Tax Manager in KPMG's Canberra tax division. He provides taxation services to SMEs, large companies and to the public sector. As a tax adviser, Langdon has had a strong focus on employment taxes, such as payroll tax, income tax and, in particular, FBT. Langdon has provided FBT compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients - from small enterprises with an annual turnover of less than $1m, to Australia's largest payer of FBT.
