William Campbell
Will Campbell, CTA, has 17 years' experience advising clients in the Energy & Resources industry, and is involved in PwC's Oil & Gas Tax practice in Perth. In addition, William leads the Japan services desk in Perth and acts as lead advisor to many of our local Japanese clients, which is in addition to his role as a member of PwC's National Tax Specialist Group relating to the Tax Consolidations legislation. He is also a member of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI).He has advised on a full range of transactions and issues including major mergers/acquisitions, advising on numerous Petroleum Resource Rent Tax ("PRRT") matters, farm-in/farm-out arrangements, structuring of investments into Australia, due diligence, tax compliance matters, ATO audits and reviews and the impact of Australia's tax consolidations regime.
