Denis MARJAS
Denis is a Taxation Solicitor with Kelly & Co. He has a Bachelor of Laws & Legal Practice and a Barchelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance from Flinders University. Denis joined Kelly & Co in 2000. Denis provides advice on corporate and commercial issues and specialises in giving advice to accountants, corporate clients and private clients on contracts, commercial transactions, business structuring, asset protection and tax minimisation. Denis has expertise in all areas of taxation law including income tax, capital gains tax, GST, stamp duty, superannuation and complex estate planning and is a member of the Law Council of Australia's Taxation Committee.
