Kevin O'Rourke
Kevin is a Principal and the Australian Practice Leader for Ryan, one of the largest indirect tax firms in the world. A legal practitioner with over 30 years tax experience, Kevin has been named by the International Tax Review as one of the leading GST advisers in Australia. He advises major corporate clients on all aspects of GST and has been involved in numerous litigation matters, including as instructing solicitor in the landmark Qantas case before the High Court. Rajitha Srikhanta
Rajitha joined the Australian Taxation Office in 1997 and is a Tax Counsel in the Tax Counsel Network, specialising in indirect taxes and tax administration provisions. She has been involved in public rulings and litigation, as well as providing input advice on taxation law design.
