David is lead partner of the Deloitte Adelaide Corporate Finance group. With over 12 years at Deloitte, David has gained significant national and international experience, having worked in Australia, the UK, US, Japan and Korea. David has extensive corporate finance experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, due diligence, company valuations and capital raisings. David is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Finance and Treasury Professional and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration. Current at 25 September 2007
