Kirsten is a Senior Associate of Clayton Utz, specialising in advising a range of clients on the taxation of retail structured products. Kirsten’s experience includes advising on a number of listed and unlisted equity derivative products including warrants, protected lending products, structured options, CFDs and DPAs, managed investment schemes and employee share schemes. Kirsten’s practice involves working with the client in structuring and documentation, and obtaining product rulings and private binding rulings from the ATO.
