Clare Thompson ATI
is a barrister practising from Francis Burt Chambers in Perth. She acts as counsel in a range of fields, primarily commercial and property disputes, as well as taxation litigation before the Federal Court of Australia and the AAT. Clare was President of the Law Society of WA in 2002 and was an inaugural director of Australian Women Lawyers, established in 1997 to represent women in the legal profession.
