Author profile:

George Fox
George has been a solicitor in private practice for over 30 years. He was a member of the Law Society's disciplinary tribunal for many years, is a senior counsellor of the Queensland Law Society and served as a Law Reform Commissioner in Fiji. George is was formerly chair of the Queensland Tax Agents Board, and is now a member of the Tax Practitioners’ Board established under the Tax Agent Services Regime. He is also a member of the Governance Committee of the University of Southern Queensland and Lifeline Australia, and is an adjunct professor of law at Murdoch University. He was President of the Queensland Law Society in 1992/93. George also spends professional time weekly in Toowoomba. Current at 01 June 2010
