Noelle has nearly 30 years experience in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on superannuation. In her role as CFO, Noelle is accountable for financial matters (including taxation) of the Vision Super group which includes two trustees, a superannuation fund and a pooled superannuation trust. Noelle provides strategic advice and assistance on all related matters pertaining to the various entities within the Vision Super group. Prior to joining Vision Super as the CFO, Noelle was a tax partner at two of the “big four” professional services firms and has been actively involved in the various sectors within the superannuation industry including the self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) segment.

Meghan Speers is a Financial Services Tax Partner at Deloitte. Meghan has over 17 years experience advising superannuation funds on all areas of tax specialising in investment tax considerations and tax risk management and governance. Meghan has a particular passion for partnering with superannuation funds to optimise their tax operating models to address areas such as tax technology, tax governance frameworks and tax communications and reporting. Meghan is the Superannuation Tax Leader within Deloitte’s Superannuation Industry Advisory team. Meghan is also a member of ASFA’s Tax Standing Advisory Panel.
