Foreign income tax offset rules and offshore investment vehicles

Australian income tax treatment of foreign taxes paid may impact on the decisions of investment vehicles to be used when investing offshore. This article examines the applications of the new foreign income tax offset rules in the context of direct and indirect offshore investments.
