Senior tax counsel's report: Ethical framework for tax consultations

The Australian Government recently announced that, in respect of consultations, an explicit ethical framework for members of professional bodies would further underpin integrity. The Tax Institute is actively engaged with the government to express our view on the principles that should underpin such a framework.
