Structure issues and solutions for SMEs

Structure is important as a determinant of the type of tax issues which a business will face throughout its life cycle. However, many small to medium enterprises (SMEs) are successful by being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, and they develop in a way that defies even the best laid plans. It is no surprise then that SME structures require constant attention and solutions from taxpayers and advisers.
