The early stages of starting and growing a business can be quite stressful and can involve a high degree of change. Often the business needs to be flexible to take advantage of different opportunities as they arise, but the initial structure does not allow this flexibility. This event explored some of the tax issues which need to be considered to give a business the flexibility to grow.
