Charlotte is a Director in EY’s People Advisory Services practice and specialises in advising multinational companies on their globally mobile workforce, particularly in the areas of the design and implementation of employee equity plans, cross border implications of equity compensation and strategic optimisation of international assignments. Miranda is a Senior Manager in EY’s People Advisory Services team with over 12 years’ experience in assisting multinational organisations from various market sectors with their global mobility programs. Miranda advises clients on complex cross-border individual and employer tax matters, particularly in relation to the taxation of employee equity. Miranda specialises in the design and management of equity compensation and employee incentive plans and has experience working with both listed and private companies in this area, across multiple jurisdictions. - Current at 02 February 2021
