Peter is a Corporate Advisory and Tax Partner at Gadens and has 32 years' experience in tax. He was previously a specialist M&A Tax Partner at a Big 4 accounting firm and served as chair of the firm's Global M&A Tax practice. Since moving to the law in 2013 Peter has blended his existing transaction focus in private equity, energy, property and infrastructure with the structuring of SMEs and private assets.
