Joanne Casburn FTI
Joanne is an Assistant Commissioner in the Engagement and Assurance Services for Private Groups and High Wealth Individuals area of the ATO. She manages the compliance teams in Queensland and the small and medium audit teams across Australia. She has 24 years experience in the tax industry working both in the ATO and in private practice, and has qualifications in accounting and law, including a Masters in International Taxation. - Current at 13 August 2018
Anthony Bach CTA
Anthony has been working at the ATO for over 17 years and is currently a member of the Tax Counsel Network. Prior to that, he worked in the Private Groups and High Wealth Individuals business line as a senior director in Risk & Strategy and as a senior technical adviser, where he had a significant role in the administration of Div 7A. He has also worked in the Superannuation and Public Groups and Internal business lines at the director level. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser with The Tax Institute and was named the “SME Tax Adviser of the Year” in 2018. - Current at 22 October 2018
