Anne Hurley
Anne Hurley is an Associate Director at HHG Legal Group and is head of its Commercial and Property team. She has more than 30 years experience practising in commercial property law. Anne has a broad range of experience and skills, advising a variety of clients on all aspects of property law, including property related aspects of insolvency and receivership. Anne’s practice focuses on legal property due diligence, advising on disposals, acquisitions, completion and leasing of major property sites, including CBD office buildings, major shopping malls and shopping centres, and residential development sites. Prior to joining HHG Legal Group, Anne was a special counsel at global law firm with over 45 offices world wide. Prior to this she has been special counsel at large national Australian law firms and before that was a partner at a long established, well known Western Australian law firm. - Current at 11 July 2018
Oscar Dell'Anna
Oscar Dell’Anna is a solicitor in HHG Legal Group’s Commercial and Property team. He assists a range of clients including businesses, not-for-profit and charitable organisations, local government bodies, healthcare organisations and health-related entities with their commercial legal agreements, including commercial leasing, buying and selling property and businesses, and general contractual advice. Oscar has a diverse range of legal experience, having previously worked in-house for a global company and in other specialist commercial and property teams in Western Australian law firms. - Current at 11 July 2018
