Daniel McInerney, CTA, is one of Australia’s leading taxation barristers. Tony is Managing Director and Leader of the forensic accounting and valuation practice of Sapere Research Group. He was formerly a Partner at PwC in London and Sydney, and has over 20 years experience with the estimation of damages, accounting disputes and the valuation of businesses and intellectual property assets. Tony has testified as an expert witness on over 50 occasions across seven countries, including in the Federal Court of Australia (New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Victoria), and in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. Tony is recognised as a Business Valuation specialist by Chartered Accountants Australian and New Zealand and is regularly instructed by the ATO and taxpayers in valuation disputes. - Current at 14 July 2016
