Abstract:
This video is a filmed session from the 30th National Tax Convention, powerpoint slides are incorporated with the presentation.

This video provides an overview of the practical administration and taxation issues that you may encounter either as executor, or as adviser to the executor. Planning and administration issues that were discussed include:

  • bequests of assets
  • the family home and other significant assets
  • taxation issues for the executor of the deceased estate before and after the three-year time frame in s 99
